Discreet Observation & Surveillance
Monitoring an individuals movements discreetly is an artform in itself. Surveillance skills need to be supplemented by the right staff, blending into an environment such as a London city street. Our investigators are a mix of gender, age and background and wherever possible we will endeavour to put the right person in the right place.
A target who commutes may well use public transport, or a combination of car, train and underground; keeping up with someone in rush hour will sometimes require more than one person, especially if they change modes of transport

When Mr W wiped the whiteboard clean of all his current client contacts, replaced them with the words "Goodbye Employer", packed up his bags and left, he evidently thought that his dealings with his former employers were done. Just weeks later, followingninformation gained from surveillance, he would be faced with a team of forensic computer experts sent by his former employers, accompanied by an independent solicitor and a High Court Order allowing forensic images to be taken of computers and other electronic equipment in his possession, with any attempt by him not to comply with the order leaving him at risk of an application for contempt of court |

Theft of Materials
A client had CCTV record of one of their employees entering the premises after hours. While this was not necessarily a problem, as he was a trusted employee who sometimes had cause to do so, they had some caution as he had just handed in his notice. The CCTV camera was sited on their gate (to which he knew the code) and covered the entrance to offices, stores and the plant buildings. While the images were not clear, it could be seen that something had been loaded into the boot of his car. We established discreet surveillance on his movements, both at lunchtimes and at the time he normally left; A check of their stores soon showed matching missing items as well as unique equipment that had also been seen on surveillance footage. He was dismissed. |

Computers hold many secrets - we will recover deleted files, content with times and dates of web sites visited, email and instant messenger transcripts, images, videos, potentially anything held on a computer
Methodology will vary from case to case, however the basics of an examination are likely to comprise:
An initial copy being made of the hard drive, leaving the original machine intact and preserving evidence;
From a second copy, recovering and reconstructing files that have been deleted;
Creating a new web cache that shows internet sites visited in the format in which they were viewed;
Examination of email, instant messaging transcripts etc
